– By placing a reservation with Triple 8 Corporate Cars you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and further expressly authorise Triple 8 Corporate Cars to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservations, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a “no show”. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached.

Privacy Policy

Triple 8 Corporate Cars will not sell, rent or distribute any of your personal and/or financial information to external parties. Triple 8 Corporate Cars reserves the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and conditions.

Airport Arrival Waiting Time

Triple 8 Corporate Cars provides up to 20 minutes of free wait time for domestic arrivals and 30 minutes for International arrivals. This free time is for you to disembark, pick-up your luggage and clear customs. The chauffeur will then wait another 10 minutes or 30 minutes for international making a total of 30 minutes or 1 hour respectively before considering the passenger a “no show”.

Monitoring of Airport Flight Arrival Times

Triple 8 Corporate Cars monitors all flight arrival times when a correct flight number is provided. In the unfortunate circumstances that you flight is delayed over 2 hours, Triple 8 Corporate Cars will wait for you upon your arrival at no extra charge. Please note that once the airplane has landed, the airport arrival time conditions apply.

Point to Point Transfers

Triple 8 Corporate Cars provides up to 15 minutes of free wait time non-airport related reservations. The chauffeur will then wait another 15 minutes before considering the client a “no show”.

No-Show policy

For international airport pickup, once the client is considered a “no show” according to the above conditions, the client will be charged the full reservation plus a 30 minute waiting time.

For Domestic airport pickup, once a client is considered a “no show” according to the above conditions, the passenger will then be charged the full reservation plus 30 minutes waiting time.

On all non-airport related reservations the client will be considered a “no show” according to the above conditions, the client will then be charged the full reservation.

In the instance that the maximum waiting time has been reached, the chauffeur will wait longer if instructed to do so by telephone. In this case, the extra waiting time will be charged in 30 minute increments.

Cancellation Policy

Triple 8 Corporate Cars requires that cancellations are received by telephone no less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Failure to cancel in time will result in a charge of the full reservation.

Change Policy

Triple 8 Corporate Cars requires that all changes are received by telephone 1 hour prior to the pickup time. If a reservation change cannot be made in time. It will result in a cancellation and you will be charged for the entire reservation.
